Register For Camp Oginali!

Programs fill quickly! To ensure a spot for your child payment must be received in full!

Choose your dates on the "Weekly Themes" page and pay using Paypal or credit card.

To register, start by filling out this form so we have a bit of information about you and your child.

Next, be sure to download the official registration and permission forms at the bottom of the page. Print them out, sign, scan, and e-mail them back to shellie@campoginali.com. All forms must be received 1 week prior to starting date of camp!

The State of Colorado requires that all camps have immunization records on file for each child. Please scan and send in a copy of your child's immunization records. If your child is not immunized, you can sign page 2 of the form below to claim personal or religious exemption. Even if you are claiming exemption Camp Oginali still needs a copy of this signed form.
